| Savage-Wear was founded in Berlin early in 2004. Savage-Wear designs and creates eccentric and fancy latex clothes for parties, shows,theater, movies and television. We want make it possible for people towear latex clothes on the street, just like any other kind of clothing. To make this possible, you can also mix different kind of othermaterials with latex and use liquid latex for some special effects.

We are design and manufacture all of our latex clothing ourselves. We put great importance on the quality of our materials and workmanship. We use latex from the English company 4D-Rubber. Latex from 4D-Rubber is available in a wide range of colours and thickness. We use latex from 0.5mm to 0.6mm thick; we find it gives the best combination of elasticity and strength. Of course, if you wish, we would be happy to use a different thickness for your clothes.
We generally glue the seams of our clothes. Gluing is more difficult than sewing, but if it is well done, then the garment will be more durable than one that is sewn, because gluing does not injure the material.
Latex is flexible and stretchy and gluing keeps these qualities. Sewn clothes lose this quality at the seams. We pay attention to all of these extra details so that you can wear your clothes often! With the right care, you will have fun with them for a long time.
My name is Heidi Pulkkinen and I have had three years of professional training in making clothes here in Finland. I have been making different kinds of eccentric and fancy clothes since 1999, often using materials like vinyl, leather and latex. In 2004, I began specialising in working with latex and started together with my partner Alexander Heim our own business in Germany: Savage-Wear.
