No delivery to other EU states than Germany

Unfortunately, we are currently forced to suspend shipments from Germany to other EU member states. The new requirements under the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR) leave us with no alternative. These regulations will come into force on 12 August 2026.

Under the new rules, we would have to register separately in every country to which we ship goods, appoint an authorized representative in each respective country, and pay annual fees that are far from insignificant. The cost is approximately €300 per year per country, although in some cases it can be significantly higher. Furthermore, not all EU countries have yet established the necessary registration services, but compliance is nevertheless mandatory.

A further hearing on this matter is scheduled for October. We sincerely hope that smaller businesses will be exempted from these excessive requirements.
